 A Meadow is a Neighbourhood

A Meadow is a Neighbourhood
is an interactive exhibit & seed ball activity in partnership with   yarrowcollective.ca and playwhereyoulive.ca.

Through poetic invitations to listen and create, you will be invited to explore, imagine, and get your hands dirty, by planting micro-meadows where future generations of people and pollinators can thrive.

This exhibit will be at Polaris School and Centre on May 31st, 2025 from 11 AM to 3 PM.

Participants from the Ottawa Children's Festival are invited to follow the journey of their seed balls, and plant them onsite at Polaris, creating a native garden for people, animals. bees and butterflies to enjoy.

Polaris School and Centre is located at 1805 Gaspe Ave.,  in the neighbourhood of Manor Park, right off of St. Laurent Blvd.

Note that Polaris is hosting its Annual Sunshine Fair and Seedling Sale on this date - everyone is welcome to participate.
