School Fees 2026-27
Rates for the 2026-2027 school year will be available in January 2027. An Early Bird Discount will be available for February registrations.
Kindergarten
Half-day or Full-day, 4 days

Morning: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
Full Day: 8:30 am to 3:00 pm
Child Care Receipts:
Receipts for income tax purposes are issued annually. In the kindergarten program families are eligible for 100% of fees paid (not including the supply or registration fee).
Elementary – Grades 1 to 8
Full-day, 5 days
Tuition: $14,000/y
Material Fees: $300/y
Additional children reduction:
2nd child: -25%
3rd child and more: -40%
Child Care Receipts:
Child Care Receipts for income tax purposes are issued annually. In the grade school program families are eligible for around 35% of fees paid (not including the supply or registration fee).
For example: Families paying full tuition will receive a child care receipt for $4,900 for the first child and $3675 for the second child which can be claimed on your tax return.
Note: Annual Contributions are normally divided into 10 monthly payments, other payment plans are also available.
Financial Adjustment Program
Polaris School and Centre aims to ensure that no child be denied the opportunity to attend the School for financial reasons.
Families who require assistance should reference the School’s Financial Adjustment Policy and can apply for an adjustment through the Apple Financial website.
Registration Fee for New Students
A non-refundable, application fee of $180 for the first child, and $80 for additional children shall accompany each admissions application. This one-time fee covers all administrative costs, along with meeting(s) with the class teacher.
Registration fees are separate from a family’s monthly contributions.
Deposit
A non-refundable 10% deposit is due upon enrolment. The deposit secures the child(ren)’s place in the program.
Families applying for a Financial Adjustment, if needed, may request an extension or payment plan. Please contact Dina Cristino to discuss options.
About the Materials Fee
The Material Fee covers materials and supplies for all classes including the specialty subject lessons in the Grade School and Upper Years programs. These materials are handed out by the teachers during the course of the year and include items such as crayons, paper, main lesson books, paints, beeswax, clay and general classroom supplies.
This fee does not cover the cost of any musical instruments and/or rental of, nor does it cover the cost of class trips, and specialty outings or events that may arise during the school year. The Material Fee is not subject to any discount or fee adjustment.
After School Care
After School Care is available to grade school children if there is sufficient interest.
One child
Regular Use: $10/hr
Occasional Use: $12.50/hr
2 or more children
Regular Use: $16/hr
Occasional Use: $18.50/hr
Note: Late pickup after 5:15p.m. is charged at a rate of $2/ per minute.
