About the Role
Working closely with and under the supervision of the ECE Lead Kindergarten Teacher, the Assistant and Afternoon Care Facilitator plays a vital role in creating a warm, loving, and engaging atmosphere for the children in our care. • Participate in team meetings to discuss classroom routines and share observations.
  • Assist with daily cleaning of the classroom, including sanitizing high-touch areas, organizing play spaces, and preparing materials for creative activities.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Familiarity with Waldorf pedagogy and best practices (a Waldorf Teaching Certificate (WECAN / Lifeways) is an asset).
